Remote Service is being taken as First Action to understand the problem and become the first level analysis. All remote sessionare recorded and can be retrieve asa evidence to what we doing, any changes will be log that can be audited as needed.

To Understand more of the customer environment, ON-Site support will be held while on planning, advannced Troubleshooting and Monitoring if the customer wishes to do it locally not centrally from our monitoring system.

Each every action, adding, deleting, altering configuration will be logged and can be see on our Customer Dashboard, so customer can determine and do self assessment on what happened on their system.
